i Series PC Configuration Worksheet

The i Series starts with an updated and very good looking chassis.  It features a 350w  power supply with an internal 120mm fan.  With intelligent fan control, this machine stays very quiet even when under a load.  These machines can be used in mission critical tasks with confidence.   It uses an Intel motherboard for best reliability.   Front panel USB and audio are nice features, as is the nice design of the standard Logitech optical mouse and internet keyboard.   With a Dual Core E5200 CPU, this system stays both cool and efficient.  Power consumption is significantly lower than older Pentium 4 processors.  The CPU features such improvements as Intel Enhanced Speed step and Enhanced Halt state to reduce power consumption when under a low load.
